Copy the drawing

Reflects every slider as it stands now, and carries the live BR18 check as notes. Print / Save as PDF lays the eight sheets out one per page and opens the browser’s print dialog — choose Save as PDF there, and set margins to none and scale to 100%. Paper drives the sheets on screen too, so what you look at is what prints; A4 puts the plans at 1:100 where A3 holds 1:50.

Save writes the file to disk — where the browser supports it you are asked for the folder, otherwise it lands in your downloads. Some viewers block both; if nothing appears, Copy puts the same text on the clipboard to paste into a .dxf or .svg file, and python3 export-svg.py or export-dxf.py writes the same drawings into the project folder with no browser in the way. If the sheets come out portrait with the drawing turned sideways, the print destination has overridden the page setup — set landscape in the print dialog.

Georeferencing

These are the official matrikel values, not traced: origin E 579123.953 N 6142507.730 (EPSG:25832), drawing turned 29.599°. Set all three to 0 for a local drawing.

Check: the west skel runs 33.08 m at bearing 209.60° and the frontage 17.05 m at 114.05°.

Replace the boundary

Paste the matrikel corners as easting northing, one pair per line, or as WKT. In QGIS: select the parcel, then Vertex tool to read corners, or Export → Save Features As… → CSV with geometry.

Order matters for the first two. Point 1 = the corner where the west skel meets the road. Point 2 = the next corner south down the west skel. Those two set the origin and the bearing exactly; the rest just draw the lot.
